I am an Electronic/Telecommunication Engineer with a Masters in Digital Marketing & e-Commerce and extensive project management experience. I have been working in the digital marketing industry since 2009 and have solid knowledge of digital analytics & digital campaigns. Fluent in English and as a Spanish native speaker I have been exposed to numerous international and multicultural projects.

My background is highly technical with more than 10 years working as a Project Manager using HTML5, Javascript, JqueryMobile, CSS, Java ServerPages/J2EE, XML/XSLT, and PHP. This has allowed me to provide a more holistic approach to the customer journey process improving it through CRO, A/B Testing, WPO, UX-UI and tracking data analysis.

In the last few years, I got involved in connectivity projects too, dealing with technologies like REST Microservices, SOAP Web Services & APIs integration in corporative legacy systems. For more than three years, I have worked under the Agile Project Management methodology with SCRUM and the tools of the Atlassian Suite like Jira and Confluence.

I have been working in the insurance sector for more than ten years. I am a very hardworking person: agile, flexible and proactive, especially in situations when the team had to acquire a new knowledge/skill and share it cross multiple other teams. One of my strengths is the close contact I regularly keep with end users and/or customers, from C-level to technicians, that are key for me to provide a highly efficient and effective level of support and project management experience.
